Adding Kairvio to Your Phone

What is a PWA?

Kairvio is a Progressive Web App (PWA). That means you can add it to your phone’s home screen and use it just like a regular app — full-screen, fast, with push notifications. No app store download required.

Install on iPhone (Safari)

  1. Open Safari and go to app.kairvio.com.
  2. Log in to your account.
  3. Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow at the bottom of the screen).
  4. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
  5. Give it a name (or keep “Kairvio”) and tap Add.

The Kairvio icon will now appear on your home screen.

Install on Android (Chrome)

  1. Open Chrome and go to app.kairvio.com.
  2. Log in to your account.
  3. You should see an Add to Home Screen banner at the bottom — tap Install.
  4. If the banner doesn’t appear, tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner and select Add to Home Screen, then tap Install.

The Kairvio icon will now appear in your app drawer and home screen.

Enable push notifications

After installing, Kairvio will ask for permission to send notifications. Tap Allow so you get alerted when:

  • A new message arrives in your Inbox.
  • A customer books or reschedules in Scheduling.
  • An invoice is paid in Money.
  • Your AI assistant needs your attention.

If you accidentally declined, you can re-enable notifications:

  • iPhone: Go to your device’s Settings > Notifications > Kairvio and toggle notifications on.
  • Android: Go to your device’s Settings > Apps > Kairvio > Notifications and enable them.

Tips

  • On iPhone, you must use Safari to install a PWA — Chrome and other browsers don’t support “Add to Home Screen” on iOS.
  • The app updates automatically in the background, so you’re always on the latest version.
  • You can also use Kairvio from any desktop browser at app.kairvio.com.
  • If the app ever feels slow, try closing and reopening it from your home screen.
