Pricing questions

What does it cost?
We quote pricing on a free 15-minute call while we finalize our plans. It is one flat monthly price that covers your whole team, with no per-user fees. Normal texting and calling are included.
Is there a setup fee?
Setup is done for you either way. Whether there is an implementation fee depends on how much we build around your business, and we go over it on the call before anything is signed.
Do I pay per user?
No. One price covers your whole team: office staff, techs, and crew leads each get their own login.
Are texts and calls extra?
Normal texting and calling for a local service business are included. If your volume is unusually high, we will talk with you before anything changes.
What about payment processing?
When your customers pay you online, Stripe charges its standard processing fee. That money goes straight to your bank account. We never hold your money.
Is there a contract?
We go over terms on the call, in plain language, before anything is signed. If you ever leave, you keep your phone number and we export your customer list for you.
Why only a few founding spots?
Every founding client gets hands-on setup and direct support from me. Keeping the number small is how I make sure each one goes well.
