Enabling Sales Co-Pilot
Sales Co-Pilot gives you AI-powered reply suggestions right in your inbox. Instead of drafting every response from scratch, Sales Co-Pilot analyzes the conversation and suggests relevant replies that qualify leads, share pricing, and move the conversation toward a booking.
How to Turn It On
- Go to Settings > AI & Automation and find the Sales Co-Pilot card (look for the NEW badge).
- Toggle Sales Co-Pilot to on.
- Click Save.
Once enabled, you’ll start seeing AI-powered reply suggestions appear in your inbox conversations. These suggestions are context-aware — they take into account what the customer has said and recommend the best response to keep things moving forward.
Getting the Best Results
Sales Co-Pilot works best when it has everything it needs to help you close. Here’s how to set it up for success:
- Enable Share Availability so the suggested replies can reference specific open time slots. A reply that says “We have an opening tomorrow at 2 PM” is far more effective than “Check our website for availability.”
- Enable Share Booking Link so suggested replies can include a direct link to book. The fewer steps between interest and booking, the better.
- Pair with Follow-Up Sequences for leads that don’t convert on the first interaction. Sales Co-Pilot helps you respond effectively in the moment; follow-up sequences bring them back later.
Keep an Eye on Suggestions
Sales Co-Pilot suggestions are designed to be assertive but professional. Remember, these are suggestions — you can edit them before sending or skip them entirely.
After turning it on, review the suggested replies for the first few days. If the tone doesn’t match your brand, adjust your Custom Instructions in the AI & Automation settings to guide the suggestions.
Example custom instruction: “Be enthusiastic but not pushy. Mention our free estimate offer. Don’t pressure customers who say they need to think about it.”
