Setting Up Your Booking Page
Your booking page is a public link where customers can view your available time slots and book jobs on their own — no phone calls or back-and-forth needed.
Turning On Online Booking
- Go to Settings > Setup.
- Scroll down to the Online Booking section.
- Toggle online booking on.
- Your shareable booking link will appear. Copy it and you’re ready to go.
Sharing Your Booking Link
Once your booking page is live, share the link anywhere your customers are:
- Text messages — Drop it into your auto-text replies so new leads can book immediately.
- Email — Add it to your email signature or include it in follow-up messages.
- Social media — Pin it in your bio or share it in posts.
Adding Booking to Your Website
Kairvio gives you three options for embedding booking on your own website:
- Button — A simple “Book Now” button that links to your booking page.
- Inline iframe — Embed the full booking experience directly into a page on your site.
- Popup — A booking widget that opens as an overlay when a visitor clicks a button.
You’ll find the embed code for each option in Settings > Setup under the Online Booking section.
Make Sure Your Availability Is Set
Your booking page only shows time slots based on your availability settings. If you haven’t configured your hours yet, customers will see an empty schedule.
Head to Settings > Availability (under the TEAM section in the settings sidebar) to set your weekly schedule before sharing your booking link. See the Availability and Reminders article for a full walkthrough.
Tips for Getting More Bookings
- Add your booking link to your Google Business Profile so customers can book straight from search results.
- Place a “Book Now” button on your website’s homepage and contact page.
- Include the link in automated text messages to new leads — the faster they can book, the less likely they are to go with someone else.
- Test the booking experience yourself to make sure everything looks right from the customer’s side.
