Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your data at any time. This page explains how to request deletion of your Kairvio account data, including any data received through connected third-party platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.

How to Request Data Deletion

  1. Send an email to support@kairvio.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
  2. Include the email address associated with your Kairvio account.
  3. Specify whether you want to delete specific data (e.g., Facebook messaging data only) or your entire account and all associated data.
  4. We will confirm receipt of your request within 48 hours.
  5. Your data will be permanently deleted from our active systems within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

When you request full account deletion, we remove the following from our active systems:

Facebook & Instagram Data

If you connected your Facebook Page or Instagram Professional Account to Kairvio, we store messaging data (conversations, sender information) to display in your unified inbox. You can request deletion of this data specifically by emailing support@kairvio.com with the subject line "Meta Data Deletion Request."

You can also disconnect your Facebook or Instagram account at any time from Settings > Integrations within the Kairvio app. Upon disconnection, we stop accessing new data from Meta and will delete stored messaging data within 30 days.

Data Retention After Deletion

After we process your deletion request, your data is removed from our active systems within 30 days. Some data may remain in encrypted backups for up to 90 days, after which it is permanently purged. We may retain limited data as required by law (e.g., billing records for tax compliance).
